KAVA and our members are committed to informing the public of the sacrifices made by those who serve our country through military service. We do this by honoring the selfless service of our veterans and helping those in need.
KAVA is dedicated to deliver those messages at each opportunity presented to our members. We do this through our participation in local events honoring veterans, our Stand Down events, and presentations by members to civic organizations. Some veterans struggle to reintegrate after leaving active duty so KAVA dedicates energy to helping those through their challenges with information, education, and when needed, direct assistance. Veterans deserve our best in recognition for their selfless service to our nation.

Held almost every second Thursday of the month, Bremerton Greendrinks is a monthly, informal networking event for professionals, community leaders, activists, artists, and anyone interested in making Bremerton a great place to live. (Please note that regardless of the venue, this is intended for adults only)

Started in February, 2008, we support our local businesses by holding it at a different venue every month and ask that members RSVP so that we can have an accurate headcount for sponsors who are providing food and drinks. The $15 fee is requested to defray the food and drink costs.
Greendrinks is organized by the Downtown Bremerton Association in partnership with the Greater Kitsap Chamber.
